Built in 1923 to carry passengers on the River Thames, the Jeff took part in Operation Dynamo in 1940, helping to evacuate Allied soldiers trapped at Dunkirk. Having contributed to this vast rescue operation, it is now one of the celebrated “Little Ships of Dunkirk”.
More than a century after it was built, the Jeff has undergone a complete restoration that carefully preserves its historic lines. Today, it begins a new chapter in its story on the Meuse in Dinant.

The Jeff welcomes up to 12 guests around its large central table in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Whether you are planning drinks and a sharing platter, a family meal, a celebration with friends or a business meeting, enjoy a special moment while admiring the landscapes of the Meuse Valley.
Dining is provided by the Citadel of Dinant’s restaurant and tailored to your tastes and the occasion.
